Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by betterbeauty.com for a credit or refund, keeping the following in mind:
You should return the item to us within 10 days of receipt.
Before returning a product please send us an email info@betterbeauty.com
If product is used or in non resellable condition, money will not be credited to yout account. To get the products back you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
We do not accept items back that have been opened or used.
We'll provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). If product is damaged return product to betterbeauty.com and you will receive the new shipment, free of charge, within 1 week of receipt of the returned goods.
If your return is not the result of our error, a return postage fee will apply. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee

Shipping
At betterbeauty.com, we strive to process your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. All orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours.
Orders placed on holidays and or weekends usually ship on the following business day. Please note that packages do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please add an additional day or two of transit time for orders placed around these holidays.
Once your package is shipped, an E-mail containing tracking information will be sent to the listed E-mail address.
DELIVERY TIMES For all orders shipped via Standard Ground, delivery is as follows: 1) East Coast, 2-3 business days; 2) Midwest, 3-5 business days; 3) West Coast, 4-7 business days. Please note that the times listed are an estimate and not guaranteed.
SHIPPING SPECIALS Free Ground shipping is available within the 50 United States on all orders for more than $75.
